Paul has been involved with Sage software for over 30 years. The majority of his experience has been as a consultant assisting clients with the implementation of business management software. As a CPA, Paul worked in the public sector, private industry, and public practice. For over 20 years, he has successfully managed Caron Business Solutions, taking it from a start-up business to a major Sage Solution Provider.

Paul has a special interest in the mining industry – an industry that Caron has focused on for many years. To say mining is in his blood is no exaggeration. Paul was born in Cassiar, a mining town in northern BC. He has worked in many roles in mining from shoveling ore in the crusher and surveying to consulting on the implementation of Caron Mining Solutions powered by Sage.

Paul brings a well-rounded perspective to business management software implementation projects. His depth of knowledge and expertise in business process analysis has benefited several clients.

In his spare time, Paul is an avid runner, having completed numerous half and full marathons. Paul supports charities in Canada and South America including the Sage Foundation and is a supporter of the arts scene in Vancouver and Lima.
