Michael Caron, CIP, CRM
Michael’s primary responsibilities are developing, strengthening and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. Michael believes that a cohesive working relationship is the core of any healthy business relationship. He begins his work by identifying client requirements and determining how Blast Off Systems can help address those requirements. He works hard to ensure a tight match between client requirements and Blast Off services before the team moves forward on any engagement.
As a result of his consulting experience with various CRM solutions, Michael knows what kind of technology businesses need in order to accomplish their goals. Wherever your business is heading, Michael believes that Salesforce has a CRM solution to help you get there more efficiently. In addition to working as a consultant, Michael has experience in Adult Education, Recruiting, and managing Call Centers; he is people focused and looks forward to working with you.
In his spare time, you’ll find Michael teaching at the Insurance Institute, keeping fit through outdoor activities, or riding his motorcycle.
