Deep joined our Technical Team at Caron in 2018 as a Technical Services Consultant with an extensive 13 years working directly at Sage as a Product Support Specialist (Sage Online Solutions and Customer Support). This exceptional Sage experience and a strong knowledge of Project Management, IT Infrastructure Operations and Hosted Solutions (IAAS and SAAS) make it possible for Deep to manage both our internal systems as well as the systems of many of our clients.
Deep has worked hard to earn practical certifications in areas such as ITIL Foundations 3.0, Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), TSIA Customer Support, IBM DB2 Certified Associate, Microsoft MCP, and CompTIA A+. To top it off, in his short time since joining Caron, he has added Sage Certified Technical Consultant to his list. These, coupled with his Computer Systems Technology education make him a valuable member of our Technical Services Team.
Personal interests include photography, camping and learning new technologies.
