I’m happy with the program, but honestly I’m even happier with Caron Business Solutions. Michael and Victor went way above and beyond to help me configure a trial run of the Essentials Edition and create video tours for my bosses, so they could see what we were buying before making the decision. It’s a big investment for any company, so the demo had to clearly demonstrate its value. Michael and Victor helped me to show them how this system would benefit our company, and how email integration with Outlook would save us time, hassle, and put a stop to our intensive searches through old emails for important customer data.
Michael and Victor are fast, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and extremely responsive. Then, hire Michael and Victor to get you set up. I’m super happy with the decision and my team is, too.
Caron has been our partner for Sage 300 for years so, when we decided to implement a CRM solution, if made sense to contact the team at Caron. The current team and especially Joe, has provided a great deal of assistance to customize CRM to suit our needs. We value their dedication, support and willingness to dig in to solve problems and design solutions.
The Salesforce team that helped set up our account worked tirelessly to ensure that our page was constructed exactly the way we wanted it. Prior to the activation of our page/account, the team created a ‘test account’ so we could try all of the different functions and get to know the platform in order to decide whether it was the right software for our needs as a television development team. They sat with us on a number of calls and continuously made time to help us. On the day of the account set up, a member of their team sat with us for an entire eight hours to adjust and tweak our page. Even a few weeks after our account had been created, we still had minor adjustments that they happily made for us. Overall we were very pleased with the support provided and are already seeing great benefits of having a Salesforce account.
