Early Bird pricing for class registration(s) expires 3 weeks prior to the class start date. Registration closes five business days prior to the class start date. Please register early to avoid additional fees.
Fee includes a course manual prepared by Sage University which contains comprehensive instructions and thorough exercises that assist the learning process in class, and act as a valuable resource after the class. Manuals will be prepared and given to attendees on the day of the course.

Caron Education Services Course Attendee Refund / Cancellation Policy
- If Caron receives a refund request from an attendee less than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the course the attendee can: (a) reschedule for another course, (b) have the course fees, minus 25% Admin Fees, applied to direct training for the attendee.
- If Caron cancels a course a specified number of hours (as per trainer's advice, relating to the course to be covered) of one-on-one training, at the trainers regular hourly rate will be offered to the attendees.
Caron Course Payment / Registration Policy
- Payment for courses should be received one week (7 days) prior to start date of the course.
- If an attendee registers less than one week (7 days) prior to the start date of the course, payment must be made by credit card or cheque couriered directly to Caron upon receipt of email registration confirmation and invoice.
Caron Course Attendee Refund / Cancellation Policy
- If refund request is received prior to the attendee paying the course fee, the invoice will be credited internally - no late cancellation fees.
- If refund request is received seven (7) days prior to the start of the course, 100% of the course fees will be refunded.
- If refund request is received less than seven (7) days prior to the start date of the course, the attendee can choose to:(a) reschedule for another course, or (b) have the course fees, minus 10% Admin Fees, applied to direct training for the client.
- If Caron cancels a course the attendee can receive a full refund, or a 1/2 day of one-on-one training for the same cost as the full-day course will be offered to the attendee. The attendee can choose to have training done in Caron's Authorized Training Centre, or onsite. If training is done onsite, travel time will be charged to the client.
