To create an optimal learning environment, classes are kept small.  The training is HOT (Hands-On-Training) with each student having access to their own workstation.  In addition, students are provided with material they can take with them for review at a later date.
All courses are held at our Burnaby B.C. Training Centre and run from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Course Description
.

Accounts Payable allows users to track cash outflows to vendors and manage cash requirements to meet payment obligations. This course will provide users with a thorough understanding of Accounts Payable. Users will learn how to setup the module for their specific needs, define vendors and vendor groups, and record invoice and payment transactions. Users will also gain an understanding of transaction flow in Sage Accpac ERP and will learn how to perform bank reconciliations and tax reporting.

Early Bird pricing for class registration expires 1 week prior to class start date. Registration closes two business days prior to the class start date. Please register early to avoid additional fees.

Fee includes a course manual prepared by Caron Business Solutions which contains comprehensive instructions and thorough exercises that assist the learning process in class, and act as a valuable resource after the class. Manuals will be prepared and given to attendees on the day of the course.

Cancellation Policies
.

Sage Accpac Education Services Course Cancellation Policy
Sage Accpac reserves the right to cancel if registrations do not reach minimum numbers. Education Services will notify attendees of a cancelled course at least one week (7 days) prior to the course start date. In this case, attendees may choose to either have their course fees refunded or transferred to another course. ACCPAC is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred because of cancelled workshops. It is the attendee's responsibility to verify they have registered for the correct workshop for their needs and level of expertise.

Sage Accpac Course Attendee Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • If refund request is received up to fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If refund request is received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the course, the course fee will be refunded in the form of a Prepaid Purchase credit, which can be used toward a future Education Purchase. The purchase credit will be valid for 12 months.
  • Failure to attend a class without notifying Education Services prior to the start date of the course will be considered a 'no show' and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
