Orion Point of Sale

The Orion Point of Sale System is a standalone point of sale system designed to integrate with popular accounting systems including Sage Accpac ERP. The system is a full featured point of sale application developed in Microsoft’s robust C# language on the new .Net platform.

The system works by extracting data from the accounting system and importing that data into the Point of Sale Database. Transactions can then be processed in the Point of Sale System and at the end of the day (or whenever makes sense to you), the data can be "Posted" back to the Accounting System.

From the operating perspective, the system looks to be fully integrated to the Accounting System with access to the Inventory and Customer Information
