If you are a new user first complete our new user Sign Up form. |

Complete the Repair Request form. When you submit the form you will be redirected to the file transifer area. |

Log on to the Upload Files area. Select the the file/s you want to upload from your local directory then click on the Upload button. Your files will then be uploaded to your personal repair directory on our FTP server. |

We will review your files and provide a repair cost quotation. Once you have confirmed the quotation amount the repair will begin. You can log in to the Repair Status area at any time to view the status of your repair. |

We will notify you when the repair is complete. At that time you may download and complete the Payment Form. When payment is received your repair files will be made available for download. |

Log on to the Download Files area and download your repaired files. |
