If you have a broadband internet connection, the quickest way to send us your files, and retrieve your restored data, is to use our Online Data Repair Center. Your files are transferred directly from your local directory to our FTP server so the repair can begin quickly. You can also monitor the progress of the repair online at any time. When the repair is completed you simply download your restored files from our FTP server.

Other Methods of Delivery

Slow connections and/or extremely large files may not allow you to make use of our Online Repair Center. In such cases more traditional methods must be used to send us your files. Files may be transferred to a CD or DVD and delivered by the quickest air/ground delivery service available to you. We will return your repaired data in the same fashion.
